Caster technology has come a long way in the last several decades. Yet, still companies are challenged by castor problems which occur during manual material handling tasks. Caster problems can negatively impact ROI due to the recurring cost for castor replacement. Additionally, castor replacement can mean impaired productivity due to machine downtime.

Casters used in the food industry have to meet stringent sanitation standards and ‘clean-room’ requirements. Our customers over the years have valued the possibility of having castors that can be frequently washed down.

Movement speed: The requirements for castors running speed: Whatever on the normal temperature or smooth floor, their running speed should not be farther than 4.2 Km/h and with static interval during the work time.

Applied Environment: The floor material, barrier, leftover and the special environments, such as scrap iron, high or low temperature, great acidity and alkalescence, oil liquor, chemistry solvent and anti-static-electricity, should be considered when the castor be chosen, special material should be chosen when using in the special environments.
